Returns
We offer a 15-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Items must be free from damage, stains, or alterations
- All original packaging (if applicable) must be included
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will be notified of approval or rejection
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
Exchanges
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will:
- Offer a free replacement, OR
- Provide a full refund
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return (e.g. earrings or personal items), unless faulty.
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
